Within the Continental United States

We offer free first class shipping with tracking on all orders over $75

Processing time is 2 to 3 business days regardless of shipping service for in stock items. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipments to physical addresses within the continental U.S. are sent via UPS® Ground or USPS First Class/Priority Mail according to customer’s choice at checkout.

Shipments to P.O. boxes are sent via USPS or UPS SurePost® according to customer’s choice at checkout.

Note: For all orders with free shipping, we ship via USPS First Class if up to 15.9oz, if over 16oz, it will automatically ship to USPS Priority. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please note that this does NOT change the processing time. It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express mail upgrade it does NOT mean your purchase will ship the next business day, it means it will ship express mail rather than first class AFTER the processing time stated above.

If an inaccurate address was provided and the package is deemed undeliverable due to a bad or unknown address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. In this instance, we will gladly refund the cost of the product and applicable taxes only, less the loss in value from return shipping costs once the item is returned to our facility. Customer is also responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship a package that arise out of an incorrect address entry.

Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and Other Free Associations

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and other free associations are priced and sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class/Priority Mail service.

Canada

Shipments to P.O. boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail Intl.

Shipments to physical addresses in Canada are sent via UPS Ground® Intl or USPS Priority Mail Intl depending on service availability and customer’s choice at checkout.

All other countries

International shipments are priced and sent via UPS® Worldwide services; a street address must be provided for shipping, we cannot guarantee ability to ship to international P.O. boxes. 

Please note sanitizers may be shipped anywhere in the US, it’s Territories, and it’s other free associations via USPS First Class/Priority Mail. Gross volume and inner container quantity and size restrictions apply. For information on availability of international shipping service for hand sanitizer, please inquire at Hello@Stream2Sea.com.

*Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination. For International Shipping Services, please contact the chosen carrier for custom requirements or restrictions in your country as this may affect delivery times. Customer is responsible for any custom duties, applicable taxes and fees.

The best way to find out what shipping will cost is to put your desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. It will calculate before you pay.

*Shipping sanitizer by any of these carriers requires additional packing materials resulting in larger and heavier parcels than our system figures for the non hazmat products.

You may return any item purchased from us within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Only one opened package of any product in a shipment is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in unopened and original condition to receive a full refund. Failure by the carrier to deliver a shipment on time is not accepted as a reason for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed based on your original form of payment. Opened or damaged items may only be eligible for partial refund or merchandise credit. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, include a copy of the receipt, pay for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

For product returns on orders outside the mainland United States, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If by any chance you need to cancel or change something and your order has not shipped, email us at hello@stream2sea.com and we will cancel or make the changes to your order. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

If item(s) is/are faulty or defective, or if we made an error in the shipment, we would be happy to work with you to get replacement products shipped right out. Please email us immediately at hello@stream2sea.com with your name, order # and phone #.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@stream2sea.com with your name, order # and phone # within sixty (60) days of purchase so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Failure to report within the time period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To help us address your claim, we encourage you to not only provide required package information but also additional supporting documentation which includes photos of damaged packages and/or contents. Remember to save all packaging material until the claim is complete. 

The carrier that shipped your item(s) will initiate an investigation and may or may not approve the claim upon successful completion of the investigation. If your claim is approved, you should receive payment for the claim amount in your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. 

If you’re still unable to locate the package, please contact us at hello@stream2sea.com with your name, order # and phone # within sixty (60) days of purchase so we can initiate the claim with the shipping carrier. A proof of non-delivery may also be required for a replacement or a refund.  Failure to report within the time period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@stream2sea.com

The terms of this Agreement may change from time to time. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. In addition, certain areas of the Site may be subject to additional terms of use that we make available for your review. By using such areas, or any part thereof, you are expressly indicating that you have read and agree to be bound by the additional terms of use applicable to such areas. In the event that any of the additional terms of use governing such area conflict with these terms, the additional terms will control.

If you wish to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing Stream2Sea with current, complete and accurate information, as prompted by the applicable registration form. We are committed to protecting your online shopping experience and provide the use of a secure server (Secure Socket Layer, or SSL) when you place an order.
