The complete
Diver's Essential
Bundle.
Three products every diver needs. Mask Defog that holds through a full day of diving. Gear Wash that extends your wetsuit's lifespan. Ear Rinse that gently rinses and freshens post-dive. All Reef-Safer™.
One for your mask.
One for your kit. One for your ears.
Three products that cover every part of your dive — before you enter, while you're in, and after you surface. Built specifically for divers and snorkelers who care about what goes into the water.
Professional Mask Defog
Long-lasting antifog that you can rinse into the water without guilt. Based on the same tested biodegradable formula as Stream2Sea's shampoo.
Ear Rinse
Helps keep the ear canal clear after dive or snorkel sessions. Made with oregano and lavender oils, it offers soothing and reliable protection against moisture buildup to keep your ears dry and comfortable.
Water Sport Gear Wash
No-rinse, concentrated formula that removes salt, chlorine, sweat and odour buildup from your wetsuit, BCD, fins and regulator. Plant-based. Formulated with the waterway in mind.
All three essentials.
One bundle built for divers.
Everything you need before and after every dive — in one package, at one price. The most complete Reef-Safer™ dive kit available. Used by dive instructors, divemasters, and ocean-conscious divers worldwide.
What you put in the water
stays in the water.
The defog you rinse off your mask. The gear wash that goes down the rinse station drain. The ear rinse that ends up in the shower. Every diver introduces product residue into waterways on every dive. Stream2Sea was founded by a Women Divers Hall of Fame Inductee who took that seriously from day one.
Most defog enters the water column untested
Conventional defog uses surfactants with no aquatic toxicity evaluation. Stream2Sea's Mask Defog is based on the same biodegradable shampoo formula, formulated to be safer for aquatic life rather than assumed safe.
Gear wash runoff flows into the same water you dive in
Most conventional gear washes use harsh synthetic surfactants never evaluated for marine impact. The Gear Wash uses plant-based glycolipids that have been — because what goes down the drain reaches the reef.
Alcohol-based ear rinses can be drying for daily divers
Swimmers ear water drying aids are required by the FDA to contain 95% isopropyl alcohol and, if used frequently, this can lead to severe drying and irritation. However, Stream2Sea Water Sport Ear Rinse is formulated to cleanse without over-drying your ears.
Before, during and after every dive
Three products, four steps — a complete Reef-Safer™ routine from gear prep to post-dive recovery.
Prep your mask
A professional-strength formula made with ingredients for your eyes and our blue planet.
Mask DefogDive — no fogging
One application holds through 10+ dives. No reapplying between dives, no rushing at the surface. One less thing to think about on the boat.
Mask DefogRinse your gear
Add 2 fl oz Gear Wash to your rinse bucket. Soak 5–30 minutes as needed. No rinsing needed — hang to dry. Salt and chlorine neutralised.
Gear WashClear your ears
A few drops of Ear Rinse in each ear after surfacing. Gentle enough to use if diving frequently.
Ear Rinse"I created the Mask Defog because my own spit wasn't cutting it — and every commercial option used ingredients I wouldn't put near a reef. I jumped into the lab and used the same tested, biodegradable formula as our shampoo. It works brilliantly. And you can rinse it off at the dive site without thinking twice."
Trusted by divers who know the difference
"Best Mask Defog ever! Never had good results with my spit, retail spit, or several other brands — just used this for 3 different hour-long snorkels in Baja and it was flawless. Can't say enough good things about it."
"The Only Defog I Use! As a PADI Instructor, I need a product that stands up to multiple dives, provides my students a clear mask and is safe for the aquatic environment I love. Stream2Sea Mask Defog checks all the boxes!!"
"Best defog I've ever tried! It's what I trust to keep my mask clear so I can focus on my photography. And knowing that the ingredients are Reef Safer brings me joy."
"This is a game changer! I am a swim instructor over the summer and spend hours daily in a pool! The ear rinse gets rid of water in my ears and the lavender is the best!!! I use it every day!!!"

What divers ask us most
How is the Mask Defog different from baby shampoo?
Baby shampoo washes off quickly when water enters the mask — especially on deeper, longer dives. The Stream2Sea Mask Defog uses guar gum, which leaves a thin film on the lens that bonds more persistently. It's also formulated from ingredients biodegradable in freshwater and saltwater (test data inherited from the shampoo base) — baby shampoo isn't evaluated for aquatic impact at all.
Can I use the Gear Wash at the dive site rinse station?
Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. The plant-based glycolipid surfactants in the Gear Wash have been evaluated for aquatic impact. Adding 2 fl oz to a 30-gallon rinse bucket produces a dilution at responsible-use concentrations for aquatic environments. Most conventional gear washes use harsh synthetic surfactants that aren't evaluated for this at all.
Why alcohol-free on the Ear Rinse?
Alcohol does help evaporate water, but it also strips the natural protective oils from the ear canal lining — causing irritation and actually increasing susceptibility to infection with repeated use. Fine for occasional use, but divers in the water daily need something gentler. The Stream2Sea Ear Rinse is formulated to help clear water without the cumulative drying effect that makes the problem worse over a season.
Is your Ear Rinse alcohol-free?
Swimmers ear water drying aids are required by the FDA to contain 95% isopropyl alcohol and, if used frequently, this can lead to severe drying and irritation. However, Stream2Sea Water Sport Ear Rinse is formulated to cleanse without over-drying your ears.
Can I use the Gear Wash on my regulator and BCD?
Yes — you can use it on neoprene, latex, technical fabrics and metal hardware across wetsuits, BCDs, regulators, fins, masks, snorkels, swimwear, drysuits, gloves and boots. The formula won't accelerate the material degradation that harsh surfactants cause. Add 2 fl oz to your rinse bucket, soak 5–30 minutes as needed, hang to dry. No rinsing needed.
What does "Reef-Safer™" mean?
"Reef-safe" is an unregulated term — any brand can print it on any bottle with no testing required. Stream2Sea uses Reef-Safer™ because our founder is a cosmetic chemist who doesn't make anything without both human and ocean safety data. The trademark reflects that work. It isn't a softer claim, and it isn't marketing shorthand. It's a more honest reflection of how we formulate. The Mask Defog is based on shampoo ingredients proven biodegradable in both salt and fresh water. The Gear Wash uses surfactants evaluated for marine impact. That's the difference.
Is the 16 fl oz Gear Wash available?
The bundle includes the 2 fl oz travel-size Gear Wash — ideal for the dive bag. The 16 fl oz size is available separately for home use or regular divers who want a larger supply. Both use the same concentrated formula, giving 80+ uses per 16 fl oz bottle.
