How long does approval take?
Up to 2 business days after completing all three Learning Center lessons. It's often faster, but 2 business days is our commitment.
Do I need documentation?
If you apply with your company email address, no documentation is needed. Personal email? We'll ask for something that confirms your role — a certification number or employment letter.
Can I share my discount with clients?
Your referral code is built for that. Your ProDeal discount is for personal purchases only. Your referral code gives clients their own separate discount.
How long does membership last?
Two years from approval. We'll remind you when it's time to renew, and the process takes about 10 minutes.
My role isn't listed. Can I still apply?
Apply anyway and describe your role in the form. If you work outdoors and educate people about the environment and safety, you're very likely eligible.
What if a student tries it and doesn't like it?
Stream2Sea stands behind every product — returns and customer service are handled directly by the brand. Your professional recommendation is never on the line. If a student has a problem, they contact Stream2Sea, not you.
What certifying bodies are eligible?
PADI, SSI, NAUI, SDI, CMAS, GUE, BSAC, RAID, TDI, IANTD, ANDI, PDIC and similar. If yours isn't listed, apply and describe it in the form.
