At Stream2Sea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we make is carefully formulated, tested, and proven for you and our waters — and we stand behind them 100%.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Email our Customer Care Team at hello@stream2sea.com with your order number and a brief note about your concern. We’ll respond on next steps within 1–2 business days. -
Return Shipping
For a small business like us, shipping fees are significant and we can’t cover them. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total. -
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
What Can Be Returned
- Full-size Stream2Sea products purchased directly from stream2sea.com or stream2sea.net.
- Returned items must contain at least 75% of the original product (used or unused).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Not Eligible for Return
- Clearance, factory seconds, or final sale items.
- Apparel that has been worn or without original tags.
- Samples or promotional items.
- Items purchased through other retailers or channels — please contact them directly.
Defective or Damaged Items
If there’s a problem with your order (defective product, wrong item, etc.), we’re here to help. Please email orders@stream2sea.com and include your order number in the subject line for faster support, followed by an explanation of the issue.
Why We Ask for Returns
Every return helps us improve. We evaluate each product sent back to understand how it performed — because learning from every experience is part of our sustainability mission.
