One warning- if you are wearing white to light clothing, this can get on it if you do apply and rub carefully. My recommendation is to get the non tinted product when wearing such clothing.
However a trip to the professional eco friendly cleaner or a good scrub got everything right out. Add another half star.

What does tested & proven safe means for our bodies, waters and coral reefs?
Just because the front of the bottle might say it is reef safe does not mean that it is. That is because these terms are not yet regulated. You still need to look at the back, starting with the active ingredients listing. We have also discovered that just because a product is safe for people does not mean it’s safe in an aquatic ecosystem. Modern science has given us many lab tests to determine the safety of cosmetics, but there are currently few scientific lab tests to see if products are harmful to fish, coral and other aquatic life. We put Stream2Sea products through numerous studies to prove our safety, and believe that our products are the safest on the market for all your water, reef and outdoor activities.
Biodegradability Tests
It is important to know that just because a product is biodegradable for example, a biodegradable sunscreen, does not mean that it is non-toxic. To be considered ‘readily biodegradable’, the product must break down into its natural state from 60-80% in 28 days. Stream2Sea products are readily biodegradable in fresh and salt water.
Reef and Marine Life Safety Tests
Swimming behavior with Stream2Sea biodegradable mineral sunscreen is relatively unaffected, whereas the competitor sunscreen most definitely altered the fish’s swimming behavior.

I have been so excited to try this new Everyday Tint Mineral Sunscreen and boy did it exceed my expectations! It’s so light and easy to put on, leaves a flawless finish on my skin, doesn’t feel cake-ie or thick and it doesn’t irritate my skin!! It is now my go to every day sunscreen on my face. I actually look forward to washing my face and putting this on in the morning now and get ready for the day!

The fact that Stream2Sea shares their test results for safety of aquatic life (unlike other brands that make that claim) gives me a lot of confidence in their products. I like really like their sunscreens, and this every day mineral sunscreen is the real deal. IMO their best yet! The tint works great with my skin tone, it spreads well and doesn’t feel thick like you might expect with a SPF 45 rating. If I had one recommendation to be careful about is that the connection between the cap and tube is a little flimsy for my enthusiastic use of this quality sunscreen. Still 5 stars!

Been a long time fan of Stream2Sea product line. I have used the original tinted sunscreen for years and this one goes on smooth, blends in so much easier. The tinted color is not as intense as the original sport version, also feels lighter on my skin. I’m still sticking with the sport version for diving, but this is a great product for everyday.

I am already on my second bottle of the Every Day Tinted Mineral Sunscreen! I live in South Florida and I am fair skinned with freckles. I’m in my mid 40’s, I have combination skin. This product I wear everyday and I have used it as a foundation for events at night…It’s that good!!! I can put it under/over my eyes and there is no stinging at all, which usually happens with other SPF products! This product that covers, protects me from the sun, looks good AND has SAFE ingredients that help the environment and SAFE ingredients that I don’t have to worry about what I’m putting on my skin is a win win!!!

We are both commercial captains in the Florida Keys, and out on boats constantly in the Florida sun. We are also very eco-conscious and know that what we put on our bodies really matters to our local environment (and us). This is our go-to sunscreen – it goes on easily, lasts pretty much all day, and actually gets more effective when it gets wet!!!! One of these tubes lasts us both together months, so it is so more than worth the price tag.

I use this on my sun/damaged upper chest area and it not only protects me from the sun, the tint brings down the redness and makes me look more even. On my face it is a little bit light, but not like most zinc products. I use a little bit of bronzer over it for daily wear.

I have been looking for a mineral sunblock that is safe for my face, will not cause breakouts on my skin, and looks great. This product has proven just that. I have been wearing it every day since I bought it a month ago and I have not had a skin break out like other sunblocks.

Good to know it’s safe for the oceans and people. The tint is nice, but the formula could use a little improvement to make it less sticky. Strands of hair gets stuck on the face after putting this on and the stickiness doesn’t go away.
